Subject: RE: Modular update All, I have just been informed that modular move in date has been moved back due to fire/life safety requirements. The new date for residents to move into the modular units is July 7-10. The SUG Houses will close for construction at the end of business on the 10th. There are also still a good number of items which will be addressed over the next couple of months. Landscaping will be worked on and finalized over the summer. Phone and data services will be phased into the sites over the several weeks while we receive the hardware to install them. I would like to assure you that everything is being done to make this move occur as quickly as possible both for your convenience and to keep the SUG project on time. The following is the updated schedule: July 7-10 -- Modular residents can pick up keys and move into the modular units. July 11 -- The SUG Houses are closed for construction. Now - Late August -- Phone, Data and Landscaping will be completed. Thank you for your patience and once again, I apologize for the timeline problems we are encountering.
